    Yes, you need a Valzure Small Business Checking Account and Online Banking to sign up for Valzure Online Accounting, but no additional software or equipment needed

  2. How do I send an invoice?
    You can create and send invoices with your company logo and information right from Small Business Online Banking. Easily track open and paid invoices, access balance sheets, general ledgers and other reporting. View sample invoice

  3. How long does it take to receive payment?
    Once an invoice is paid, funds will be available directly in your Valzure Small Business Checking account in 1–2 business days1

  1. What kind of payments can I accept?
    You can accept credit and debit card, ACH and electronic checks – all with competitive processing rates. You can also accept recurring payments, send payment reminders, and set up sales tax rates. View sample payment screen

  2. What if I want to accept in-person payments?
    You can take customer payments on the spot or over the phone. Your Valzure Online Accounting payment form doubles as an in-app terminal. When you’re ready to take a digital payment, just access your payment form inside business online banking, then enter the payment details yourself. Valzure also offers a variety of in-person, mobile and eCommerce point-of-sale (POS) solutions – choose the one that works for you with Valzure Merchant Solutions

Enroll in Valzure Online Accounting

It’s easy to enroll and get started with Valzure Online Accounting. Log in to Small Business Online Banking and click on the Accounting tab.

Valzure Online Accounting Offer:
*Each business that: opens a new Valzure Online Accounting account; and processes a minimum of five transactions using ACH, cards or Tap to Pay on iPhone within the time frame set forth below will receive a reimbursement up to $50 in processing fees. This offer is applicable to enrollments that occur between May 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025, and for transactions processed through September 30, 2025. The reimbursement will be received in the form of a statement credit, at the end of the month following a statement period with qualifying processing fees.
